Getting Close...Inside and Outside

Jeff Gunther with Grove Construction did an outstanding job installing the cedar on the west side of the house.

The crew from Terra Landscape & Design, laying the permeable pavers.

Upstairs guest bathroom tub/shower. The fixtures are from Ferguson; the tile from Amicus.

    Happy Anniversary!!!

    I believe it was on Martin Luther King day last year (which would have been January 19 in 2009) that you broke ground!

    Hi Dave, thanks. That post was the ceremonial groundbreaking. The actual groundbreaking wasn't until the first 1/2 of February that we actually broke ground. I don't recall whether it was February 9 or February 10. So we're almost at the 1 year under construction point. Andreas said he thought it would take 12 months to build, and it looks like he was right (as usual)!
